Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt debuted the first of their Halloween costumes out in LA last night. Heidi went for the tried and true sexy police woman while Spencer played her very willing prisoner. As usual, the duo hammed it up as best they could making inventive use of all their props but breaking role to kiss here and there. Considering we saw Heidi picking up a different trashy outfit earlier this week, there's going to be even more spooky fun coming from these two.
