After getting dressed up as Ted and Fred for Halloween, Jen and Violet were spotted around town at the Children's Museum on Saturday and a bookstore with Ben on Sunday. The family headed east so Ben could host Saturday Night Live this weekend. Jen watched on and then the couple the celebrated with the cast at an after party. John McCain made a few appearances on the show including the opening with Tina Fey once again as Sarah Palin. Ben shared his streak of bad luck endorsing the Democratic party and therefore decided to sarcastically endorse John McCain. He also hilariously impersonated Keith Olbermann. The big day is tomorrow so remember to GO VOTE and then you can get a free cup of coffee from the Afflecks' favorite coffee shop, Starbucks.

2i thought that ben was HYSTERICAL on SNL and i love to see him and all his 'endorsements'. i hope we get to see more of the clan while they are in the city - but i don't know how much longer they are going to be in town.

9Fred and Ted are from a children's book called "Big Dog, Little Dog" by P.D. Eastman. My son is 22 months, and he completely loves it!

I love this family. I will overlook (Very begrudgingly) Ben's democratic tendencies because his SNL appearance was a riot! And McCain, well, he ought to stick to politics. I could tell he was trying to be funny, but most of his stuff just fell flat. "Sarah, what are you doing over there!?" LOL
