Paris Hilton's halcyon days at Coachella, where smoking dubious (doobie-ous?) substances in public seemed like a good call, probably feels light years away from where she stands right now. She hasn't been subtle in expressing her dismay about her 45 day jail sentence for violating probation. In fact, she filed a handwritten notice of plans to appeal before she left court on Friday. To win the appeal she must prove that the trial judge "abused his discretion" deciding the sentence. Also making matters interesting, is the word that Paris has apparently rehired her publicist Elliot Mintz despite firing him over the weekend after blaming him for her sentence. I felt kind of bad for him yesterday, but it's a little sad he took her back so quickly. Hey, at least it looks like this will stay interesting!
Oh, and to top it all off, Paris Exposed is apparently coming back online sometime today. I'm sure she'll be thrilled to hear that.

2look at her nails, someone needs a manicure. but she's probably too busy for that being such a busy person and all. i just read that before the trail, she was telling everyone how cops love to pull her over and flirt with her. so of course, it's not her fault that she was pulled over, albeit, she was speeding with her headlights off, the cops just wanted to get some action. clearly a judge could see that, couldn't he? moreover, kathy, being the mother of the year that she is, is trying to secure deals for an exculsive interview with her and paris about this whole ordeal. i guess, if anyone should be making money off of this whole thing, it should be the hiltons. maybe kathy needs to make back some money, since she did say she she couldn't believe how much money this cost while she was in court the other day.

6Life will be very simple for Paris in the pokey, according to other sources:
Visitors will only be able to talk to her through glass; phone calls will be made on the jail's closely monitored pay phones. One hour a day for calls, tv, working out, etc.
She will have to make two pairs of socks, one bra, two pairs of panties and two blue jumpsuits last for a week.
The only thing allowed for makeup is a lipliner. No hair extensions.
Bed is a stainless steel cot topped by a thin mattress, one thin sheet and one scratchy wool blanket. Breakfast is a hard-boiled egg, a bowl of cold cereal and a small carton of milk. Lunch; baloney and bread with either mustard or mayonnaise, sometimes an apple and some watered down juice. Dinner is a hot meal which includes chicken.

I think they meant 2 counts off the first D.U.I that was then lowered as her plea deal to reckless driving, probation, suspended license and alcohol awareness training.. of which she violated twice.. it gets confusing.

Thats is so messed up! If something is illegal..even if you do not agree with it.. ah still illegal. Try changing the law first, make it legal and then feel free to do it.
