Chloe usually has great fashion sense [1], so I don't understand why she slacked for this important event. I love the bold color choice, but the silhouette looks more like a cheap plastic table cloth than an expensive dress. And her hair looks like she didn't comb it. I will give her a couple points for the dramatic bondage heels. Do you agree?
