As expected, last night Britney Spears was the surprise guest at the Madonna concert in LA. She came out during the song "Human Nature" which is when the pre-recorded video segment with Britney was also playing on the screens — watch the video after the jump. Madonna started the gig later than usual, but she made up for it with her celebrity singing friends like Brit, who made the concert that much more memorable for the Dodger Stadium crowd.

19When you make Brit look good there's something really wrong! BIG mistake inviting a truly youthful singer to accompany you when you are WELL past your prime! Madonna looks horrific! The wardrobe selection, her eye lids, her hat--she wants so desperately to look young, but is failing miserably. Her truly chiseled body makes it look like a body building skeletor! I just read in People that she spends half of every day working out===it's GOT to be true! Unfortunately she's got to settle into the fact that her AARP subscription is on the way!
