Those Olsens are just loving themselves the big patent belts these days! Ashley rocked one at Monday's Costume Institute Gala and here's little MK, pairing one up with a leopard print dress to attend Kate Moss' Topshop @ Barneys launch party in NYC. The dress itself might not be so bad (if only she would stand up straight), but the shoes (grrrr), and is that an un-tied gentlemen's tie hanging around her neck for no reason? I'll just chalk that last one up to having a good time at the party. Otherwise, uhhh, no comment?

1I actually really like this on her! It's so rare that we're reminded MK actually has a waist or a figure, with the loosy goosy clothes she's usually in.

3i've found myself to smoke these occasionally [pretty much meaning if it's the last resort and i'm drunk and don't notice] but i always see her pictured with a pack of reds. such a harsh cigarette. bleh.

6I honestly feel like these girls and a few others (Chloe Sevigny, Kirsten Dunst occassionally, etc) just grab random things, adorn themselves, and then step out and it's called fashion. And a lot of times, it works - but if you saw a girl at a party wearing that outfit, wouldn't you consider her somewhat crazy?
That being said, she does look cute.

15aras, I agree with you. They may dress like they are homeless, but they can pretty much do what they want because they made more money by the time they were 7 than most people make in an entire lifetime.
