Guy Ritchie picked up David and Rocco at Gatwick Airport in London earlier today for their first reunion since Madonna and Guy announced their divorce. The boys have been right there on tour with their mom, and maybe now they'll get a glimpse at the set of Sherlock Holmes with dad. Meanwhile, rumor has it A-Rod is traveling with Madonna to South America for her tour and planning a trip to Malawi with her, which may mean more quality boy time for Guy, David, and Rocco.
Yeah poor David, being so little and now he will have to travel to London and NY a lot. I always wondered how close Lourdes is to Guy, and now after the separation if she will go visit him.

Y'know, on the outside, Guy seems to be doing a fabulous job as a single dad. It makes him so incredibly sexy in my eyes, to be honest, BUT given what's been said about him not wanting David, preferrng to work on the marriage instead, I'm not sure what to think.
But I like that he's definitely spending time with these kids. He should too.

I hope he can get custody of the boys. Madonna seems to keep a very busy schedule. Guy seems to be more steady for the boys.

I think that Madonna would be impossible to be married too. They seemed to give it a good try for a good while. Hopefully, they will both be happier apart and the kids can be too.

My impression from the stories that Guy didn't want to adopt David had nothing against David, but more about not wanting to bring a child into a very troubled relationship that probably wasn't going to last. Whenever I've seen him with David he seems to adore him.
How curious that Madonna is going to visit Malawi but not taking David? She did promise to take him back for visits with his father, but I guess she has her new pet A-Rod now.

I agree with the above poster that said why bring a child into a troubled relationship? Did Madonna think it would improve things? The poor kid was just getting accommodated and his family structure has changed again

I don't know why she'd go looking to adopt when her marriage was in shambles, but David is undoubtedly better off even with separated parents than he was in Malawi. As I recall, he was a pretty sick boy for awhile.

this just gets more and more interesting. seeing madonna with a-rod more frequently and knowing that guy is with a girl on the movie - well that's going to make for even more chatter.

I feel bad for David. Kids that little have no idea what is going on and he must be shuffled around so much between their careers and the divorce.
