Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt brought their smiles over to the annual Austim Speaks Acts of Love Celebration in LA last night as they continue to support charities with their publicity-happy PDA. Up until now, Lauren's the only Hills star with TV guest spots, but now Heidi and Spencer are invading one of our favorite shows. The duo will star in a January episode of How I Met Your Mother, which they'll film this week. Last night, it was back to the regular Hills drama involving Spencer butting into Heidi's work, but there were the gadgets, food, beauty, and fashion to help keep us entertained.

18HIMYM is seriously suffering. I've been a dedicated fan since the beginning, but the episodes this season have been so bad that I'm half tempted to un-DVR it. If they're about to lose me as a viewer, they must be losing quite a few others... so I think they need the hype.
And let's not forget that they've always gotten in random guests for press. Enrique Iglasias, Mandy Moore (even though I love her), Britney Spears, Wayne Brady?
