Angelina Jolie has been all over these days talking about her family, movies, and life choices. While her candid nature may not go over well with everyone, any peek into the Jolie-Pitts' unique life is welcome, especially with swirling rumors that there may already be plans for the next addition. In yet another new interview, Angelina admits that they're a family suffering in one way — jet lag. Here are highlights:

- On her schedule: "I woke up at 3 in the morning with four kids with jet lag and two babies. I put myself together for a few hours and go out. And then I go home. This is my job."
- On playing mothers on screen: "I don't think it's a choice of mine as much as it is something women deal with when we get older. A woman in her 30s is more likely to have roles that in some way relate to family."
- On Changeling: "I got pregnant right in the middle of it and I think partially because of it . . . I was so emotional about children that I think something in me kicked into gear."
- On LA: "I don't dislike it here. I just really do love to travel. I love other cultures. And I love raising my kids in the world. I'm so fortunate that I get to do that."
It's more of the same from Angelina who has nothing but glowing things to say about her nomadic family and many projects. While Changeling is still doing well in its theaters, we'll see if her name really makes the short list when award season comes.

I want to see 'Changeling', I just need to watch it at home...I hate crying in a theater. I haven't gotten the courage to watch 'Mighty Heart' yet.
1well - i think that from what she says here - it sounds to me like she's trying to say what she thinks that we want her to say. i don't know - i'm still not sold on her. i think that it HAS to be hard on them all to travel so much but that's the life that they chose to live right?
what she said though about her age and the roles that she plays now - that's what a lot of people say - they get pigeon-holed into certain types of roles...and that's kind of what she's doing these days. it used to be all about action type stuff from her lara croft days and now it's mothers.
2I haven't really liked any of Eastwood's movies since Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, but I'm happy to give Changeling a try (eventually--movie tickets are expensive!). And kudos to her for making the most of her opportunities to travel with her family. I love it when people really do something with their good fortune.

4another day, another Angelina interview
I think she's awesome! She's a true insiration
5*inspiration
6Just think of all the jet fumes created with this lifestyle she has chosen! Stay in one place, raise your kids, and do some charitable work here at home. Ugh. Sick of her.
7Their carbon footprint must be monstrous!
8sera, we must be on the same wavelength. That was EXACTLY what I was going to say!
And the kids are jetlagged? GEE, I wonder why!
9And to pinpoint why I think she's selfish, I just ask that you read again the following quote...
"I don't dislike it here. I just really do love to travel. I love other cultures. And I love raising my kids in the world. I'm so fortunate that I get to do that."
I, I, I, I, I, I. Oh, and there's an I'M in there too.
10Isn't any charitable deed a good deed I know if I had her fame and money I'd donate a lot more to ONLY MEXICO and bring awareness, I may watch this movie
11What a surprise. A new interview the next day after Jennifer's.
12LOL she's not going anywhere! there's too much attention given to her. I don't like her partners X wife so you won't see me in any of her posts. Because I don't want to give her the attention I just want her to go away.
I saw the Changeling. First movie I've seen Angie on the big screen. It was a very emotional movie. She did a great job.
13I am drained of emotion and opinion, I'm on Team Whatever.
14Me too shamontville,
, though I must say I've been pretty good on team ja before, ha
ha
15good grief
16Jude - I though Midnight was only okay. My favorite Eastwood movie is Unforgiven. Frick! I LOVE that movie!
I hope Changeling is close to that good. I'll see it eventually.
17oh lordy here we go
18I bet you Clint is getting phone calls from the distributor to tell his leading lady to remain zip about the recent interview.. They are afraid they won't a lot of money from the box office. Hollywood and greed.
19Changeling is not one of Clint Eastwoods better movies. It's looks
20like they tried to hard and it just didn't work.
It's just so predictable, btw jolie looks pretty in that pic above. Though her hair reminds me off Cher..and this I don't know why!
cause Jolie is prettier than Cher for sure. The black dress looks good, she has nice legs.
21I don't get what the big deal is about this woman. Women over the world want to look like her and find inspiration in her life. I find her a bore and not remotely as attractive as people give her credit to be. I wish she would just take her tribe and stay in Morocco or wherever the latest place she wants to brag about living.
22I think it's funny how she got pregnant with her kids during 2 emotional movies - The Good Shepherd (she was in her second trimester with Shiloh in the last scene) and Changeling (with the twins). I'll probably watch Changeling on DVD because it'll be difficult for me to see in theaters, but it looks good.
How is she being typecast? She CHOOSES her roles, and she has done a lot of varied work even in the past year. She wasn't a mother in Wanted and I don't think she was one in Kung Fu Panda either.
23I hear you how her big personality is annoying, but physically she's easy on the eyes
Parenting skill is another blog altogether, and I can't say anything positive on that one so I won't bash her like some people do to Aniston, her rival who i happen to think is
really classy and delicious. Without Jolie's craziness what are we going to read? About American Idol?
24Oh please... people bash Jolie too, Aniston is not the only ''victim'' on Pop.
25Woop the best part of Unforgiven is near the end when Eastwood starts drinking.
26BLAH...so sick of her....OVERLOAD! Maybe they should drop off for a couple of years.
27I do think people who hate jolie so much that they can't offer constructive criticism have been cheated on and probably been through a bad divorce and people who hate Aniston have lost a love battle to a beautiful blond, or their boyfriends have left them for a popular girl instead. Of course they will never admit it (they would say these two are bad actresses and so on..) pure excuses. And hell I really don't care what anyone thinks which is why I'm saying this things. I am in my mid thirties and I am so surprise at how much hate some women have. Jesus..go for a swim or join a book club. Get out a bit more!
28i personally like seeing her and her movies.
i'm now just getting really sick of these passive aggressive celebrities blabbing on and on about their personal lives and views. we know what they're trying to do! arghhhh get over yourselves!! that's to both of them...
29bluesteyes - Women are cruel... especially to each other. Just the way it is sometimes.
But yeah... why can't we all get along?
30bluesteyes - I agree with you on comment 28. I think some people relate to Jennifer Aniston and they feel as if THEY were the ones who "got hurt" when Angelina and Brad got together.
31liliblu - yup! That is the best part!
32AJ - please stfu
33Love Her.
34There may be some truth to what you say blue, about women who have been scorned dislike her more than those that haven't. I never thought of it, but for me that very well may be part of it. Not because I feel like I was hurt, but because I have great disdain for ANY woman that moves in on a man while he's still with someone else, and that IS from personal experience.
But i'm trying very hard these days to keep my dislike civil. After all, it's not personal, I don't even KNOW these people! LOL
35She's looked like crap since she had those twins. Much prettier during her pregnancy.
Eat, woman! Carbs, meet Angie; Angie, meet carbs.
36mental mental chicken oriental
37I haven't seen Changeling yet but I will - I'm bracing myself for it because I don't like to cry in movies and based on several people's accounts this is a crying movie! Anyway, I think she is stunning and people who have seen her in person say that pictures do her no justice because she's breathtaking in person. Also, I guess they are on their way to Germany now - Ramey had some pics of their jet but who knows.
38i think it is great she still works and shows her children the world- admit it, if you could- you would.
39lisajay, no I wouldn't. Especially when my children are below 7 years old, they are going to school and have a regular normal happy life. If they're older, I'll give them the opportunity to see the world, save the poor, etc, etc. But now her children is what? 1,2,3,4, and 5 years old, please!
40I would, absolutely. I spent a lot of my childhood traveling internationally with my parents, and I love the person that has made me. The languages I've learned and the things I've seen have stuck with me. IMO, it's not about staying in one home that creates a sense of stability, it's the love of one's parents and family, and that can be found anywhere, even in the most unconventional ways.
Plus, I'd know my children wouldn't turn out to be ignorant buffoons unaware of the rest of the world, and that would be a major plus.
41*Just to clarify, I didn't mean "ignorant buffoon" about anyone here--it was just a general comment about people in general who haven't seen the world and don't feel a need or curiosity to.
42I have just seen her on the BBC here in London, she looked kind of upset, Maybe it's just me, but she looked serious and a bit exhausted (maybe just lacking sleep), i for one will go and see this film.
43Ounch! that hurts i spend a lot of time on blog too and i have been raised in 3 continents. I don't think Jude meant anything badly girls, she's quite grounded as far as I've seen. I've spent a lot of time in blog because i'm setting one up and i am trying to find out how can i get so many hits. Well maybe she's doing the same this i don't know. By this time next week you won't find me in here that much anymore. I'm writing next week and going back to the library to do research on my project.
44I think sometimes writing alone can give the wrong impression, i mean you're aren't seeing the face so maybe people misunderstood each other, just saying..don't bite my head off.
45To clarify myself I don't think being nomadic means you're better though (i though i should add that in case anyone is misreading me). I think Jude would agree too.
46Thanks, bluesteyes. You're right in everything you said
I didn't mean that anyone who hasn't traveled is an ignorant buffoon, and definitely not anyone here--that's why I clarified it by saying I wasn't talking about anyone here. It's my personal opinion that these kids are extremely fortunate to be able to travel so much, as it is my personal opinion that traveling when I was a child did me a world of good. No, traveling and seeing the world doesn't necessarily make anyone a better person, just as not traveling doesn't necessarily make anyone ignorant. It's just helpful, in my opinion, and I think it's a good thing. That was all I was trying to say.
47I honestly am soooo very tired of hearing her tell anyone with writing job how very happy she is. Great you are happy but got that at the expense of a marriage.
So every time she goes on about how happy she is I can't help but think how she got there.
48Jude,
When I read your comment I immediately thought of my mother who hasn't left (except on vacations and such) her piece of land that she was raised on. She went to college but it was a local college. She has always loved Virginia and has never wanted to leave. Sorry if I took what you said wrong. I apologize for my tone also.
I have 2 children and we have lived all over the country and they have lived from coast to coast and in between. I'm glad they have had that opportunity to move around and see what our country is about, but both of them said they would rather not...they like it when we stay in one place and they don't have to keep saying goodbye to friends who say they will never lose touch, but always do. Even some of my good friends who I thought would never lose contact has let the miles put real distance in between us even with a telephone and email. There is nothing like being about to see your friend and live close to them and do things with them. I'm all for seeing the world...but also, having a stable home and friends to come home to. That's what makes leaving worthwhile. Coming home and telling about your experiences.
49No worries, baha.
There are advantages and disadvantages to both lifestyles--ultimately it's up to the individual what they'll make of it and whether it'll work for them
And I do see your point.
