Nicole Richie's hair looked gorgeous on the way out of a salon with Joel Madden in LA yesterday. Their party last night caused some headlines when Nicole was spotted chatting it up with her former stylist turned nemesis Rachel Zoe. Nicole seems like a very different person than her 2006 days and just another example is her latest endeavor. She and Joel will be hosting this year's Snowflake Lighting Ceremony to benefit UNICEF on Rodeo Drive November 22. While she'll always have her sassy personality, there's a softer side to Nicole we've grown to love with the addition of Joel and the mouse to make a cute family of three.

1i do think that she does look like she's getting a bit skinnier these days but it could be due to breast feeding if she's still doing that. otherwise - she's majorly tiny again! i think that it has to be interesting for her to be around rachel Zoe - but i guess you can really grow a lot in a couple years - so i'm sure it was fine for everyone.

I think she is still bfeeding Harlow. I thought I read that somewhere a few weeks ago...
24I am rooting for Nicole to do well however she is looking waaaaaaaaay skinny in these pictures. It doesn’t seem like it will be too long before she is back to her pre-Harlow body. I wish someone close to her would intervene.

26You can't do an intervention if her weight is due to breastfeeding. I lost a lot of weight this way, but I wasn't trying to.

28i think it's sad that when everyone starts assuming someone has an eating disorder their first instinct is to become hostile towards that person and insult them, a real eating disorder is a bona fide mental illness. if someone you know was suffering from such a mental disorder i'd hope you wouldn't say 'eww' at the sight of them. having had one myself and knowing the signs, i doubt that nicole richie has one -- but you never know.
