Patrick Dempsey went from track suit [1] to spandex suit to take his bike for a spin around the neighborhood on Friday. Seeing him riding around isn't anything out of the ordinary, but things definitely got shaken up for McDreamy on Thursday's episode of Grey's Anatomy [2]. It seems that things will only get crazier at Seattle Grace thanks to new additions to the cast [3] and the interns' ridiculous secret project. Most of you feel like Grey's is going downhill [4], but hopefully Dr. Shepherd can stay as level headed on-screen as Patrick does in real life.
