On Friday night, Lauren Conrad was in Boston on her college fashion tour before returning to LA and immediately turning around and flying out of town again. Lauren was traveling light with her pair of Goyard bags, BlackBerry in hand as usual. While she has been reluctant about continuing her time on The Hills often saying that she's ready to do other things, Audrina confirmed that there will be a fifth season of the show.
