We love to see what our favorite stars wear out and about, but sometimes the outfits just don't work. It's a tough call between these six ladies and there were hits and misses for each of them. The good news is that last year's winner Britney didn't even make the list. While Kate Moss is your no. 1 for Best Street Style, tell us — who had the worst street style of 2008?

It was kind of a toss up, but I voted for Christina. And why isn't Britney on the list? I realize she's been unincluded a lot lately because of her mental instability, but if she can be on any "best of" lists, she can grace the "worst of" too.

2I wanted to vote for Mischa, Paris AND Heidi... that was a very conflicting and difficult moment for me, BUT, I voted for Mischa because out of the three she's the one who's deluded enough to believe that she's actually some sort of style icon who's operating on a level us mere mortals simply don't understand.
Little does she know she just looks like a tool.
3Katie Holmes. She is way to small for baggy pants yet she wears them all the time.

i voted for katie though bc she tries SO hard and thinks she's such a trendsetter it grates on my nerves (same could be said for mischa tho).

Boy, so many "good" candidates here for worst, ALL of these have been pretty horrific (What the hell happened to Katie Holmes? She USED to dress fairly well, but lately she's been horrible.) And I can NEVER stand to see what Aguilera comes up with.
Then there's Alicia Keys, who isn't even on this list, and Maria the Fasion Pariah Carey - I'd remove Lohan and Hilton in favor of putting those two on this list.
But NOBODY surpasses Mischa Barton as a fashion disaster.
17MISCHA!!! She used to be boho chic and now she's just hobo-ed out waaaaaay too much. To be honest, Heidi looks really fake most of the time, but at least she still looks decent! You wouldn't call her ugly, flashy and out there, but rarely does she wear something atrocious.
18this was such a toss up - although i voted for heidi cause she's just plain awful. i think that you guys shouldn't have included katie here. she's just on her way to rehearsal. any time that she's just out and about she's looking cute even if it's in jeans.

21Wow! I seriously hate the fact that Katie Holmes and Mischa Barton are even on this list. They're styles are at least original especially Mischa, she sticks to her own taste and not to what everyone else is wearing unlike Heidi and Paris
22Can I vote for all? They were all equally bad. The sad part with Heidi is that you can see girls dressed like that with the half stockings all over Japan and S. Korea

24Katie, not because she is necessarily the very worst--but having known her a bit, it's very uncomfortable and awkward to see her testing out all these styles and trends that are just not her "looks". It makes it seem like she is trying on different personas and doesn't have any real sense of self anymore. And there is nothing fashionable about that.

28I voted for Mushy, not just from these pics but just in general. She looks uncomfortable in her own skin. I agree with Flamingo that if Mariah was on the list - I would have to vote for her
29I know it's not the popular choice, but Lindsay Lohan truly has the worst style. Honestly, she looks bad every time she walks out the door, plus everything looks dirty.
At least Heidi has an occasional cute bag or shoes.

39i think mischa always looks a mess. they all have had once or twice where they dont look so bad, but mischa to me always looks like she got dressed in the dark with her feet.
40Katie Holmes, hands down. She loves to bring back trends that doesnt work (eg the jeans), or either wears way outfits that make her look 20 years older. And I cant stand her "fans" who call her Hepburn or Jackie O

49I agree all are bad, but KUDOS for including Katie Holmes. She's a hot mess and I'm so tired of her failed attempts at fashion. She dresses wrong for her age, wrong for her body type...wrong in so many ways!
