Whitney Port was back in LA yesterday and her first order of business was stopping by the Anastasia Salon in Beverly Hills. She took full advantage of the warm weather in her mini-dress and short shorts combo, an outfit that also gave her an opportunity to show off those long legs she keeps lean with workouts. She should enjoy the California sunshine while she can, because this Winter instead of watching her on the fifth season of The Hills, we'll get to see her brave the cold NYC on The City.

her hair looks nice! and i can't believe how skinny she is. she's always been very trim but these days she's looking even smaller than normal.

Everything about that outfit is fine except for those damn shorts and shoes.
27I still don't see her appeal.... She's definitely the 'sweet one' but there's no mistaking that she's a little slow.
