Mark Wahlberg grabbed lunch with a friend in LA yesterday, showing off his Patriots pride. Max Payne [1] had to make room for other big movies at the box office [2], but Mark is still making the international interview rounds. After talking about the potential for a sequel, Mark opened up about raising kids in Hollywood and searching for a good role model for his daughter, Ella. He said [3], “We won't stay there forever but it's very difficult to raise normal kids in an environment like that. And I was thinking there’s no real role models for girls [in Hollywood]. You’ve got Britney Spears, you’ve got Paris Hilton, they’re nice enough people but I don’t want my daughter to aspire to be like that." Sounds like Mark's going to make sure his daughter has her head on her shoulders even if she grows up a California girl.
