The guys were left to their own devices on the red carpet at the American Music Awards last night, but there weren't many surprises. Boy bands NKOTB and the Jonas Brothers never miss an opportunity to show off their formal wear, while Nick Lachey got suited up to publicly pose with Vanessa. Chris Brown mixed funky and classy with his leather jacket and bow tie, while Kanye and his tail managed to stand out without getting dressed up. While their performances were the highlights of the night, it's always fun to see what the guys pull out of their closets for the photo ops.

i'm actually a little tired of the jonas brothers who are all trying too hard to be like the beatles and have a defined style. it's just not working. and kanye - as much as i love him, he needs to get over himself and dress like a person.

7Why is Nick Lachey there with his untalented wh*re Vanessa? He doesn't have anything great coming out. His cd has been pushed up from one year to the next, soon it'll be coming out in the year 2010. I don't think it's actually coming. What was the point of their presence?
And Kanye looks like a homeless idiot. What was he thinking.
8I think Kanye is still acting out over the death of his mother. Someone needs to snatch him and tell him to act like a man instead of a kid.
9I guess it's because I'm not under 13, but I don't get the Jonas Brothers. I'm a ginormous fan of Hanson, so I thought I'd like TJB, but I just don't. Hanson actually have things to say (yes, there's a sweet message to MMMBop!). Oh well...
On the other hand, NKOTB & Ne-Yo win for best dressed in my book. They looked impeccable.
10Nick's album is probably coming out in March. It's been postponed because of all his other projects. They changed his single and it is bad timing to release anything in December with all the holiday music.
11Probably, maybe, could be, might be. They're all words that Nick and his people like to use when it comes to his music being made and coming into play again.
Horrible, repeats of other peoples music, old news and Nick is boring and played out are the words that should be used. He may look nice sometimes but he's still failed at alot of things since his divorce. And he surely had alot more monry way back in those days. Nick had Jessica's money because he didn't work. And he's failing in all that he does now.
There was no point in Nick being at any award show. He'll never win another one again anyway, so why hang around thinking about the old days and feeling that you wish you could be like most of the people there, which are winners in their careers.
12NKOTB were suave .... all these people should a leaf out of there book...
