Hilary Has Some Down Time Before Becoming a Series Regular

Hilary Duff kept her neck toasty as she arrived at a studio in LA yesterday with one of her many phones [1]. Hilary's been laying low but last week she made an appearance in a sheer LBD [2] on TRL's final episode [3]. She'll be back soon enough on NBC guest spots [4] and while Hilary has come a long way since her Lizzie McGuire days, we're ready to see something new when she returns to the small screen in a new series.
