I think Jessica seems like just what he wants and needs.. someone in a similar industry but different enough to not be competing.

Someone who is reserved and in control in public but seems to cut lose with him in private. She is a grown up. No crotch flashing freak outs he needs to worry about or public meltdowns. Not going to screw his best friend or back up dancer behind his back. No drama.

They aren't the most exciting couple in the world..but they don't need to be. And they seem to have a better chance of being married longer and more successfully then the alternative.

I don't know. A lot of happily married couples in my family were high school sweethearts. I think some people you never completely get over. For Justin, that person is Britney. In my opinion, he still has feelings for Britney. (I don't think he will ever get back with her, because he does not trust her.)
I agree, Jessica is a good girl for him. He can trust Jessica, but I don't think he is in love with her. He never opens the car door for her. He rarely smiles. That is just my opinion.

I doubt Justin & Jessica will get engaged, but I think they are a good couple.
