Kate is busy on the set of her new film Revolutionary Road co-starring Leonardo DiCaprio. The film is based on the novel by Richard Yates. She and Leo will be playing a suburban couple struggling to stay together in Connecticut in the 50's. On a personal note, Kate has just split her settlement from a libel case between three charities to fight eating disorders. Back in March she was awarded an undisclosed sum after she sued a magazine for claiming she had visited a diet doctor. She obviously did the right thing by taking them to court and has been able to help others as a result. What a revolutionary idea!

I agree with cine_lover...it is sad that people think of her as a "curvy" woman, when really she is smaller than the average american woman (size 12). She is healthy, and I think that is such a great example! I think "healthy" is a better description than "curvy".

18I used the word curvy because she is not a stick-her body has natural, HEALTHY curves. I did not mean for it to sound like I think she is thick, because I definitely don't! But she is certainly not straight up and down like most stars anymore.

30No worries Jillness, I just didn't want anyone to think I was calling her chunky, because I definitely wasn't! I just like how she doesn't feel the need to diet or have surgery to be the size 0 that many other celebrities strive to be.
