Beyonce and Jay-Z headed down to Florida yesterday to check out the pieces at Art Basel in Miami Beach. This couple has always enjoyed a vacation in the sun, and Beyonce deserves a break more than ever after all of her time spent promoting and performing. Now it's time for B to sit back and see what happens at the box office when Cadillac Records hits the theaters today — judging from Buzz's review, Beyonce's great in it. Even if the movie isn't a hit, Beyonce should give herself a pat on the back for being one of the hardest working celebs of 2008.

12The problem with Beyoncé is that she just wants to win an oscar. I don't think she really has a passion for acting. It would be a shame to see her win an oscar while actresses like Penélope Cruz, Viola Davis and Taraji P. Henson who are competing in the same category as her would lose.

19Beyonce and Jay-Z were at the Tina Tuner concert in Newark NJ at the Prudential Center last week. My friend works there so the tickets were free, anyways it was supposed to be hush hush that they were there. It was Tina's bday so when she came back after her intermission she announced to the crowd that she just had the best bday presents.....one a visit from Beyonce herself and two a visit from Jay-Z. The crowd went wild. It was funny though how they wanted to be incognito, but Tina herself blew their cover!!
