Jake Gyllenhaal kept his long hair tucked into his hat on the way out of Scotts restaurant in London last night. After spending Thanksgiving with Reese overseas, it seems like she left him with a smile when she had to head back to California. Jake's been living abroad for a while now filming Prince of Persia, but thanks to intercontinental flights LA is never more than a plane ride away so we can keep rooting for him and Reese. In fact, his schedule allows him to head back to visit her for his December 19 birthday and she is apparently planning to throw him a big bash.

2you have to LOVE this couple - it's like they really are working things out and figuring out how to make a long distance thing work since he's been overseas for SO LONG. i don't know how actors do it sometimes - it's been like 6 months at least that he's been there.
