Jim Carrey and Zooey Deschanel headed to London for a photo call earlier today for their new movie Yes Man [1] before bundling up and walking the red carpet at the premiere. The comedic pair went above and beyond the standard red carpet poses, hamming it up together and having a blast for the cameras.
