Lindsay Lohan braved the rain in LA last night thanks to a chic raincoat and boots. She was busy doing some solo holiday shopping without Samantha Ronson — perhaps there's a surprise gift in one of those bags? While the girls have a lot to celebrate about 2008, it doesn't seem like the giddy period is over yet for Lindsay. Yesterday she blogged twice, once about a new band she's loving and once for Samantha about how everyone should try watching Without a Trace late night. She joked that Samantha calls her "so embaressing [sic]!" It always seems like this duo is on the move, but it sounds like they make time for quiet nights in as well.

Am I the only one bothered by the combination of the cheeky commentary above the pictures that seems to completely ignore the fact that she obviously does NOT want her picture taken?

2Well if it was a suprise for Samantha now she knows it,she clearly doesnt want the pic taken.I love the myspace message too.Samantha is so reserved and private,she is probably always trying to make Lindsay more serious and private while Lindsay many times on purpose hugs and is affectionate with her in public in order to tease her.I guess that was the message about,and she made a joke about her famous writing mistakes too,mispelling the word.Love them.There is a great litle video inyou tube of Lindsay saying bye to Samantha hugging her,outside their house,Samantha leaves for a gig out of LA.They are so cute.

5well i think that it's nice that we're able to talk about how happy they still are and how they are cute together acknowledging when the other is less that on the up and up about what's 'cool' or whatever.
as for being a papps hog - well you can't help it when you're her - so i don't know what to say about that. she knows that she's always going to be photographed - so it's just one of those things that you learn to deal with.

7I usually hate on the paps and stick up for the celebs but you can't have it both ways. If you're like Lindsay and call them when you want them around and do reality tv (or a least her trashy family does) then I don't think it's cool for her to get outraged when they take her picture.
8yeah but then again she must be against it to SOME extent because she's never been on her families TV show. If she calls the paps or not... they're still gonna be there watching her every move
