I am not going to assume he was cheating. Every tabloid said he was, but they usually just guess when it comes to these things. I think they were a beautiful couple, and I wish their children well.

I think Reese is super talented, and her career is more interesting to me than his. But he looks mighty fine with his shirt off, so I love it when he goes to the beach all the time like last summer! They both have a place in the world of Jillness!!

The bottom line is he gets half of what Reese earned while they were married and we know she's worth a lot. That means he's completely set for life because of her hard work. If he's pocketing like $20 million from her, he would really have some nerve to ask for spousal support.

And even sadder is that he's probably going to blow it all on pot.

I think they will both do what is fair and divide the things they have and money in half. That is what happens when married people get divorced. Everyone who is married accepts that fact going in. There is no reason for him not to be able to be a parent equally or share equally in what they collected as a married couple.

I have no issue with him wanting joint physical custody, he should get that. But in regards to money, I just think the law should have it be a case by case decision, so if say both parties were given equal time to work, as is the case here, they should take what they each made during their marriage. But that's in a perfect world. In a world we live in now, a douche like Ryan gets off with money he didn't earn nor deserves.
