Gossip Girl may be on hiatus until 2009, but the stars of the show are still hard at work on new episodes. Penn Badgley, Blake Lively, and Leighton Meester were spotted on set yesterday, keeping warm in the chilly city thanks to their stylish coats and coffee. We're eager to see what's in store for some of your favorite relationships on TV after the very dramatic funeral episode, but there's already one shakeup we've heard about. Apparently we won't be seeing any more of Serena's boyfriend Aaron when she heads back to the Upper East Side after their holiday in Argentina.

i love the red coat - i have a green one just like it that i get lots of compliments on. in any event - even if we have to wait a few weeks - at least we know that the show is coming back!

2Thank goodness. I didn't mind him at first, but I eventually came around to realizing he's just not rockstar enough for Serena. She need a tough, manly man, like a young Heath Leger-type...her wimpy, sensitive boyfriend quota was already filled by Dan.
