Katie Holmes turned 30 last week, but she didn't have much down time to relax over the weekend. She stepped out in a few different outfits on Friday and Saturday going to and from performances before finally taking a time out for shopping with Suri in matching headbands yesterday. Katie even got pants-resistant Suri [1] to put on a pair of jeans. Katie and Tom's demanding schedules kept them apart on her birthday [2], and apparently they'll be separated for another big occasion in January. Katie's final performance of All My Sons is on Jan. 11, which means she won't be by Tom's side [3] to cheer him on at the Golden Globes [4] next year.
