Britney Spears was out and about this weekend, spotted in the driver's seat after a session at the dance studio. Britney's kept her record clean since her driving without a license charge was declared a mistrial [1], but apparently a current candidate for LA city attorney is trying to use her situation as an example to help him win his campaign [2], since his opponent was responsible for throwing out her last case. Hopefully Brit can just leave her courtroom days in the past and focus on a quiet holiday week with her boys after her trip to Japan [3] last week.
