Celebrity Style: Lauren Conrad Lauren stole the red carpet show at The Hills finale in a super cute Phillip Lim confetti dress. She wore her shoe designer of choice, Christian Louboutin, and her pewter open-toe pumps shined only slightly, letting the dress do most of the talking.
