David Beckham worked up a sweat training with AC Milan in Dubai yesterday. This week the team doctor stated that Becks is in excellent physical condition and while the physician may be an expert, we can't help but agree that he's looking pretty spectacular. Of course, David is one of our sexiest of the year, and it should be lovely to watch him ripping off his shirt during games abroad and stateside in 2009. He recently ended his 10-year endorsement deal with Pepsi, but our reigning fit male could sell us just about anything.
