Kate Hudson shopped her way around brisk New York with friends over the weekend. She had all sorts of different warm items to battle the cold but after spending Christmas in Aspen she's used to the weather. Bride Wars hits theaters this Friday and while Kate isn't on her way back down the aisle anytime soon, she recently talked about some of her other daring adventures. From heli-skiing to bungee jumping to scuba diving, Kate's a thrill seeker in real life not just when she's telling stories on the big screen.

well i'm glad that she's such a risk taker - kind of seems like she's be that sort of girl. anyway, i'm going to see the movie in a special pre-screening in the next day or so, so hopefully it's a cute as i'm hoping
