Ryan Seacrest packed his bags after hosting NYE in NYC and traveled to St. Barts to join Simon Cowell on vacation. The boys were out for some shirtless fun on their jet-skis yesterday, but later on Ryan was all dried off to go for a stroll with his lady friend. It's the calm before the storm for Ryan and Simon as American Idol complete with its new judge kicks off next week and doesn't stop until May. We'll have to wait and see if all the format changes revitalize the show, but before then it's three weeks of auditions — the very good and the tremendously bad — to survive.

everyone's been in st barths this past week - it's turning into the new cabo it seems. anyway, i guess that it's nice that he's got some time off to hang out on vacation, and well - i would say i can't wait to see what he comes up with next, but i feel like he's out there way too much..so i don't really care much.
