Heidi and Spencer Take the Art Out of Martial Arts

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have already used every holiday on the calendar as an opportunity for a photo shoot, but they're still finding new ways to get media attention. Yesterday they got decked out in white robes for a private martial arts class and invited their photographer friends along to observe their training. Between their new self-defense moves and firing range practice, Heidi and Spencer should have no problem scaring off all the haters that come their way.

Seriously - as annoying as they are you gotta give them credit for milking (the seemingly endless) cow they stumbled upon. They will one day (hopefully) retire with plenty of money and disappear from the limelight.
