Here's an unlikely red carpet duo -- David Beckham and Helen Mirren rubbed elbows at The Greatest Britons awards in London last night. David is off to the states soon, but his country loves him, no matter where he calls home. They proved that last night by honoring him with the Greatest Briton Overseas award. Unfortunately, Victoria was busy in LA shopping filming her reality series so she couldn't make the show. We're sure Helen had no problem keeping him company without her!

25*gasp* Helen Mirren!! I love her! Ever since I saw Elizabeth I, I was blown away..then I saw her at the Oscars and her presence is amazing. I hope I look as great as her at her age. I love how she let herself go gray too, and not use dye to turn her hair a million unbelievable colors like alot of people do once they turn gray.. (Im probably one of the few that actually like gray hair. My hair is down to my waist and brown so I want to keep it this length, because I've always wanted to be the old lady with the loooong gray hair..lol). She is such a great person.
26I hate the Beckhams, they try too much, lots of money and no class. You can't buy class it's inbred, now showiness, tawdry fashion and recognition, those you can buy and thats what they represents. The no talent lady Beckham, once said she's never read a book!!!! What's with that?
