After their martial arts lessons the day before, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag took Stephanie out on the town in LA on Friday. Tonight we'll get to see their guest spot on How I Met Your Mother, although a sneak peek of the episode is already online. The show might not have taken home any Golden Globes last night, but the attention-drawing couple might make it water-cooler-worthy tomorrow.

3these two really are the most annoying people out there - who cares what they do with all their staged photo opps. i'm glad that i missed HIMYM tonight - cause i don't know if i'd be able to stomach them on the show
