Kate Moss and Jamie Hince were hand in hand earlier today after lunch at a Japanese restaurant in London. If those pregnancy rumors are true, Kate should avoid [1] the sushi — although after her recent smoking and drinking [2] in Thailand, it all seems pretty unlikely. Add to that a two-day bash in Paris that she's said to be planning [3] for her 35th birthday this weekend, and it doesn't seem like her nanny should be prepping for double the work [4] just yet.
