We heard back in November that John Mayer may be getting his own variety show, and it looks like the plans are forging ahead. At the TCA tour today, the Entertainment President of CBS confirmed that the network is close to finishing a deal for a music/sketch type show. Now that it's really happening, tell us — would you watch John Mayer's variety show?

2I've actually seen some of his home videos a while back pre-Jessica Simpson, pre-Jennifer Aniston...(don't remember when and where from). The videos were hilarious...so YES, I'd be interested to watch his show.
It won't hurt or make me a lame person to watch and see for myself, right?

Started out just not liking his music - it's not my style. But he has managed to make me seriously dislike him as a person because of his constant "assyness" and inability to keep his mouth shut when it comes to the women he dates.
He seems to complain about how indiscreet the famous women he dates are but he's the one talking about the relationship and putting details out there. He's obliviously deluded.
15He's funny and entertaining so yeah, I'd give his show a try.

I don't know. ??? But he's beautiful, super smart and talented; plus, he has a wonderful sense of humor that I totally dig, so I'll watch..
