Jessica Alba went shopping in LA yesterday, changing up her outfits but keeping purple as her color scheme. Like many celebrities, the actress is heading over to DC for Obama's inauguration this weekend and hosting a Declare Yourself party on Sunday. Maroon 5 is performing and Samantha Ronson is expected to turn the tables for the night. Jessica created a lot of buzz with her intense ads during the election and was a big Obama supporter, so it's no surprise she wants to take part in welcoming our new president.

Its great that Obama won but having "celebrities" like Alba dominate the inauguration really undermines his credibility. Seriously who has any respect for Jessica Alba's opinion on anything?
I cannot stand her or her opinions on anything. She is just so overrated.
I like her jeans.
Her hair is looking quite dull these days
she's so beautiful , i love her.
she looks so young her!
Cash and Jessica have supported Barrack Obama for 2 years now, they have participated to events and helped to raise money for his campaign etc...That's why they are invited.Stop being so uptight.
Who cares if they've supported Obama, at this point who hasn't. These two are folks who have below average intelligence and are completely insignificant. She's overated, cannot act and her husband pretends to be an entrepreneur, in other words he does nothing and she's useless unless she's in a bikini. I think people in general are really sick of celebs like Jessica who are talentless individuals that the media forces down our throats, Paris Hilton is a perfect example of this.
I'm hating that hairdo on her.
Too bad tickets are $250 bucks a pop.
well it's nice to see that she's going to be able to be there since she was such a supporter during the campaign. it's like more of hollywood and the music scene will be in DC than at any award show.
She looks cute here, I like her haircut.
