that's such a great color for her to wear - and well if people are going to be petty about having them attend, then those people need to deal. i think that a lot of folks who didn't openly support obama are willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he'll be able to change things.

I agree with you ilanic13. There are a lot of celebs who didn't openly support Obama, but you see them coming out now and so what! On another note, Jennifer looks amazing. I have to say, I'm married and I don't wear my wedding ring everyday. I get bored of wearing my ring and change it up. Its not a big deal! Its not a crime to not wear your wedding ring every single day!

I don't always wear my wedding set either. However, I always wear SOME ring on my finger. Usually it's a ring my husband had given me in the past when we were dating or as an anniversary present. Over the years, hubbie has given me a lot of pretty jewelry, and I rotate the rings on my finger. Some people thought I was a single gal, as I wore a non-wedding looking ring on my left hand. LOL

I read somewhere that she didn't wear her ring that night b/c it didn't match her dress.... a little strange since her ring goes much better with the dress she wore to the Globes than this but she looks 100% in this than what she chose for the Globes.

I think she and shakira looks great... As for people complaining that she didn't support Obama... That's a personal choice isn't it? She chose to be low key abut her vote while others chose to be more vocal.

You're right jennjenn, I wish she had worn this to the Golden Globes! The night was so lacking in colours and this dress would've gotten her more attention than the blatantly attention-seeking plunge necked gown she did wear. This is elegant and beautiful.
