Shia LaBeouf was spotted all over LA during the long weekend, running errands and enjoying the outdoors. On Sunday he divided his time between his doggie Brando and his vintage car, before taking his skateboard out for a ride on Monday. Unfortunately, Shia's going to have to get used to just admiring his car collection since his driver's license has been suspended after his big car crash over the Summer. Shia's healing hand is a daily reminder of his scary accident, but maybe this new extra punishment will help him stay out of trouble this year.

1well it's kind of nice to hear that he's at least getting some repercussion of the accident - granted they say that it wasn't his fault but still...

3i don't think this is fair. he wasn't at fault for the accident. people like paris hilton get what, a few minutes in jail for drunk driving and he gets a suspended license? that ain't right.
4I think it is funny how some media sources have changed the story from refusal of Breath analyzer at the scene to refusal of the BAC which is not true.. the BAC cleared him. They had reported several times that the police had informed them that they were waiting for the results of his BAC taken at the hospital before proceeding with charges since he refused the breath analyzer. Then once they received the results they stated insufficient evidence. The media should be held liable for shabby reporting.
His license is revoked since that is an automatic consequence for refusing the breath analyzer at the scene...for anybody. And it provided the cops with the misdemeanor suspicion of DUI.
He was never officially changed with a DUI..just suspicion due to refusing the breath analyzer. Which technically they shouldn't have asked him for(not standard procedure)..since he was seriously injured in a roll over and going to be transferred to a hospital where a BAC was going to be given (which is more accurate).
The BAC he took at the hospital cleared him of the DUI.
And the police investigation cleared him of any fault regarding the accident. The other driver ran a solid red light at extreme speed and t-boned Shia's truck who was making a left hand turn on a protected green arrow.
So he loses his license for one year due to the refusal to comply. But they more than likely gave him a provisional license to drive to and from work.
5The mini cooper belongs to his Dad.. he bought it for his Dad a few years ago with is Disney money as well as the land for his Dad..the house for his Mom.. her car and his house lil two bedroom modest house in Glendale.
He has the demolished truck and the Checkers Cab only.

7That does suck that he lost his license for a full year, but I don't think he needs to 'learn a lesson'. Especially after reading Imabeliever's post.
