Keira Knightley was almost unrecognizable in her glasses and hood as she stepped out in London yesterday. The 2009 award season has been quiet for Keira, but we still may get a glimpse of her at the Oscars next month. Supposedly she's one of a few actresses who have been approached to present at the show, where she can celebrate a couple of nominations for The Duchess. Keira's also got a few films in the works including starring opposite Colin Farrell in London Boulevard, so she'll have plenty of chances to get back to the red carpet award circuit in the upcoming years if she passes on presenting this time.

9Somehow, I don't think she wanted an Oscar Nomination this year. But she certainly was better than Angelina Jolie. I'm still sad that Sally Hawkins, Kristin Scott Thomas, Cate Blanchett and Michelle Williams (even though the latter unfortunately had no chance) were snubbed in Jolie's favour.
10Kiera is one of those people who genuinely donnot want to be bothered by the paps in her free time. She really seems to hate it. I wish they would leave her alone and follow all the people who obviously enjoy it!
11it REALLY bugs me that she's not nominated and that she's not getting the acclaim that she deserves. she's a phenomenal actress and deserves better. at least though if she's presenting then we'll get to see her on the red carpet looking all glam as always!

13Her 2006 Oscar look for P&P is one of my all-time favorites. She looked flawless! She looked unbelievably amazing.
