yea - he's just NOT doing it for me anymore. i don't know what his deal is, but he's just not attractive here. oh well. i think that his head needs to get back to normal size. there was so much hyper around him for a while that he got cocky and he doesn't have the chops to back it up anymore.

He's got an enormous amount of growing up to do and some anger management classes to attend.

I thought that the matching paper bags and baggies over their left hands that he and his friend sported was funny as hell.

He isn't bummed about losing his dr. lic.. he is bummed by the sh*tty paps that camp in front of his house to document every momnet of his hoo humm day, say terrible things to him , his mom, his friends to try to get a reaction.. he is basically being harassed daily.. so instead of decking someone ala Penn or Baldwin..he saw the humor in it and donned a paper bag.. I know I laughed my ass off when I first saw the photo!!

And the paps need to stop with the pictures of his neighborhood and his house and the mini mart he walks to.. they basically gave any fan a map to find his home. At some point it becomes too much.. and now is that time.

I'd drive him anywhere he needs to go. I think it's hilarious! What, he's a douchebag because he hates the paps taking his picture when he's in his neighborhood? What about all the other stars that go on rampages against them?? He's just bringing his humor into it.

Well, even if the paparazzi are wrong, he's still an a$$. It's not like i have to choose one thing or the other.

I cannot stand this guy.

I always find it funny that people think he is a douche..

He actually seems like one of the last normal guys left in HW.

He still has his normal non famous friends he hangs with.. that drive broken down cars like above..

Has hippie parents that since he made it he has decided to support in a non flashy way..buying them normal cars and homes..nothing flashy.

He purchased himself a modest two bedroom home in a normal joe neighborhood and hangs out with his non famous neighbors... the kind who have concrete squirrels and lawn gnomes on their front porch.

He could have bought the latest Mercedes like Efron or some pretentious Escalade..but instead bought a off the lot Ford F150 quad cab.. and then for fun purchased a Checker cab like the one his agent (who he dialed out of a phone book as a preteen and still has today) used to drive his under age ass to gigs in.

When he is out of town filming.. he doesn't rent a car or get a driver but walks around the town with his backpack exploring..

Ford, Hurt, Speilberg, Caruso.. everyone he has worked with says he is humble and hard working and a really good kid..

Yet people call him a douche.

All because of the Walgreen's accident (where charges were dropped and he explained the circumstances on Letterman) and the accident in which he was cleared of being at fault and only lost his license cause he refused the breath analyzer at the scene (not the BAC he DID take at the hospital which cleared him of being over the limit)..so not drunk and not at fault that night... but anyone who refuses a breath analyzer at the scene gets their license suspended for a year.. anyone.

I think he is a cute kid.. my lil cougar bait.. I think he gets a bad rap by gossip girls and Perez..

and I will continue to defend him till I see clear signs of douchiness!
