Patrick Dempsey's Fame Never Runs on Empty
Patrick Dempsey suited up for a race in Daytona with his team on Saturday, making sure to stop and sign autographs for fans. Avon sponsored his race car as Patrick raised awareness for their breast cancer foundation, a cause close to his heart since his mother is a cancer survivor. At the race, he talked about being charitable saying, "I think fame in itself is quite empty unless you use it for something that's benefiting other people." Patrick also has his own cancer center and he continues to give back as he takes a break from playing doctor.
