The cast of How I Met Your Mother gathered in LA last night for an event at the Academy of Television Arts And Sciences. The show's pregnant stars Alyson Hannigan and Cobie Smulders brought along their men — Alyson with her husband Alexis Denisof while newly-engaged Cobie showed off the rock given to her by Taran Killam. Neil Patrick Harris rubbed both of their baby bumps before they all took the stage to talk about their program and sign autographs for fans. There hasn't been much news lately about Jason's romance with Drew Barrymore, but Josh Radnor seems to be going strong with Lipstick Jungle's Lindsay Price. Josh gushed about how he thought the show was "too good to be true" from the beginning, but four seasons later devoted and new fans are still eager to finally meet the mother.

Honestly, I think one will enjoy the show a whole lot more if it isn't all about meeting the mother. I'm not even all that invested in the mother-storyline, but it's one of my favourite shows right now, and it might even be my favourite comedy ever. The mother will probably not appear until the latter seasons, and hopefully, we're nowhere near that just yet. The show could just as well be named How I Spent My Late Twenties and Early Thirties, Had Lots of Fun and Then Eventually Met Your Mother - as if the title isn't long enough already

10This is one of the best, if not THE best sit-com on TV (It's best competition is Scrubs if you ask me.) It's one of the few where I truly like EACH member of the ensemble cast. I like each character AND each actor. Shows like Friends, I didn't care for ALL the characters and I certainly didn't care for a couple of the actors. It's nice to find a show where you like all the cast, it just makes the viewing experience that much more enjoyable.

14I'm just starting to get into How I Met your Mother. I know everyone loves NPH, but I think Josh Radnor and Alyson Hannigan are my favorite characters on the show. I don't really care for Robin (Cobie Smulders' character).
