Justin Timberlake isn't known for keeping his opinions to himself, but lately some of his comments have seemed even more self-assured than usual. He's planning on attending this year's Grammys, despite earlier saying he felt used and wouldn't return to them. In fact, to help promote the event, he sat with Katie Couric for a pre-awards show interview. There's no question that he's a talented performer, but his quick responses and tone of voice with Katie have us wondering if his head hasn't gotten a little too big. So, tell us — do you think Justin Timberlake is cocky or cool?

7I put "other" but I don't believe that he's being cocky at all. I just don't like that the "cool" option of the poll implies that he's being cocky and apologizes/excuses it. I think he's being genuine, not cocky in the slightest, and he has a sarcastic sense of humor so that just comes out in the interview.

12I didn't find that interview cocky AT ALL! He's a confident guy, maybe cocky sometimes...but not in this interview. He's playful and passionate. He has his life figured out, so his answers are certain, not cocky. Big difference.
13I liked him back when he was in NSYNC, I thought he was cute but he was never my favorite. He is definitely cocky. He lost so much appeal, imo. but he makes good music.

I don't think there was anything AT ALL in this interview that could even be debated as being cocky. What part? I love him & I have definitely seen more than one interview in which he was cocky. Not this one though.

Has Timberlake displayed arrogance in past interviews? Sure. But if folks are inferring cockiness based on this video clip then I have to scratch my head and say... "Huh?"

28well, I don't think he was 'cocky' per se, just self assured and not modest at all. Zero modesty and confidence does not a cocky person make. However, you could tell that Katie was a little taken back by his quick, strong responses. LOL
29This just didn't come off cocky to me at all. I think this is the way most of his interviews go. He is energetic and enthusiastic. Also, the interview seems a little chopped up, even Katie's questions seemed abrupt.

44we all lv him in the uk...he's down to earth, funny and dosn't take himself too seriously, hes up for a laugh but he understands good music and how to make it....he must have something he's still around...i dont think he seemed cocky at all in that video.....i think he might be misunderstood.
