Michelle Williams and Matilda stepped out for coffee and a snack in Brooklyn earlier today, showing off more items from their extensive collections of Winter gear. The one-year anniversary of Heath's death marks a difficult time for all of his family and friends, but the ladies can rest assured about one thing. Heath's life insurance situation has finally been settled, and Matilda will inherit her father's estate just as soon as she's old enough. Matilda will also be given all of her father's posthumous awards from the 2009 award season — which just may include an Oscar.

Matilda is precious. RIP Heath
1aww that's so great that Matilda will be taken care of and how nice that she'll get her Dad's awards.
2I always enjoy Michelle's winter wardrobe, love that scarf! And Matilda is so precious and wears the cutest things. I'm happy she will be getting her daddy's awards :*)
3I think that's awesome....she's still an incredibly blessed little girl to be able to see daddy in a movie or 2 when she grows up (maybe not Brokeback since mom & dad have a sex scene)...it's so bitter sweet and I hope Michelle's days get better and better as the time passes...Matilda's adorable
4Matilda such a cutie. It's been great seeing Heath get the recognition at award shows. It did occur to me too, that it will be some years before she can see some of her father's better performances.
5Matilda is the cutest little girl! She's looking more and more like her father. Michelle is beautiful as always. I want her clothes!
6i can't believe how big matilda is getting. i remember when she wasn't even old enough to walk. in any event, i'm glad that all the nonsense has been sorted out with Heath's estate. that's what's really important, knowing that heath would have taken care of his daughter, and now she's secure.
7i adore michelle williams.
please take care of that precious matilda
