In another step to keep Britney on the right track, her lawyers got restraining orders today against her ex-manager, Sam Lutfi, her ex-boyfriend/paparazzo, Adnan Ghalib, and attorney Jon Eardley. Apparently Spears asked her father who is still her conservatorship to protect her from them. TMZ reports:
In another document, one of the conservatorship lawyers claims "Mr. Lutfi has sent text messages and instant messages that contain false and hurtful allegations concerning Mr. Spears, Ms. Spears, and the Spears family." The lawyer continues, "Mr. Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib, and Jon Eardley sought unsuccessfully to induce an attorney to file false statements with the court."
The papers make it clear...."Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them." But we're told now Brit is so mad at them she wants them locked up.
Jamie Spears had issued restraining orders against Lutfi before but it expired in July. Things have been going so well for Britney and considering she wants to concentrate on her boys and her upcoming tour, keeping these men away from Britney as long as possible sounds like a great idea for all.

1This is what happens when you share your bed/home with complete stangers on the street who didn't care about your well being in the first place. Things like this makes me wonder what happened if she didn't lose the kids but still had these losers run around with her in her home.
Britney is going to have another mental breakdown and it's going to be worst than before because she's being pushed back into the business while she still has personal demons to deal with.

Yeah, I'm sure it's her that wants them out of her life, not her father and lawyers! I really want her to write a tell-all book (well, one that's truthful and not like her lame-ass PR stunt MTV show). I am dying to know what went on behind those closed doors with all these creeps.

I mean great to keep those guys away from her - obviously this is a good move. But I think Britney still needs help and has a lot to still deal with (or so it seems...). This "comeback" is too soon in my opinion...
7Sam , Adian and this supposed lawyer are looking for a golden ticket. Thats it. The whole situation is horrible.
8I don't understand why a restraining order would expire. They are lowlifes who are praying on a vulnerable woman.
9this is GREAT news for britney and i hope that keeping these 2 men out of her life is a great thing for her life. with the boys growing up more, and her tour coming up - it can only be the best of news..

11It seems like Britney isn't the one who wants them to stay away...its her dad. Why else would she keep exchanging texts and phone calls with them?
