Katie Holmes was a gorgeous splash of color on Tom's arm at the premiere of Valkyrie in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil last night. After a relaxing few days including some visits to the beach and shopping with Suri, it was the main event. Tom's managed to win over a few hearts along the way — apparently making fawning fans of some reporters at yesterday morning's photo call. The couple looked happy and healthy together, though Katie's pretty dress and beautiful hair — not to mention the smile — stole the show from her adoring husband.

1Okay, everything in this picture -- her hair, her make-up -- is perfect except for that dress.
2So everybody was so happy with Tom, Katie and Suri. At the Premiere they just were such a loving show. Famous, fans even jornalists took pictures with them. Tom said all the time he was feeling so great in Brazil, they want to come back several times, perhaps doing a movie too. At the Premier Tom started to take pitures with the fans, then he also hug, then were pitures, hugs and kisses. Even a homeless took a picture with TOM CRUISE, KATIE WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND SWEET with everybody. They talked and joked with people on the streets, in everywhere. TOM CRUISE didnt call the paps, Brazilians just wanted to be close to him and his family. So good, positive energy here!!!

14It looks like she'd rather be anywhere else but near her husband. Look at the way she's trying to keep her body away from him. She's pulled away and he's pulling her back in at the waist for a nice cozy photo op. Body language experts would have a field day with these pictures.

25Her breasts looked so saggy and weirdly off kilter in that SAG-gy dress, and here they are almost non-existant. The dress length works better on her than a mini but what the heck is going on with the middle? Its like a clown or little kid wearing way too big bottoms and pulling them up over the tummy.
26And I love color. I always prefer it to boring black. This, however, is a mess. Katie trying to go all "Rio" is the same at Tom embarrassingly mangling the language in his press conference earlier.

Someone else mentioned plastic surgery for a much needed lift, but I just realized she's never going to do a topless or love scene again in her career under tiny Tom's thumb so I guess she doesn't have reason to enhance.

46I forgot to mention that hideous piece of fake hair that creates the bun...the color match is way off and you can completely tell that it is fake.
47Let me just say that the Cruises KNOW ZERO ABOUT BRAZILIAN CULTURE . As a half brazilian and an actor myself, i can say that Katie, trying to looks ridiculously like a Tango dancer, aka Evita Peron, made a BIG MISTAKE. Excuse me, but Tango belongs to Argentina NOT Brazil. Brazilians DO NOT dress like this at all.They dont style the hair like this. Also, during an interview, Tom thanks the journalists with "gracias", when the official brazilian language is PORTUGUESE. The correct thing to say would be 'OBRIGADO" which is completely different.

That hair braid is a mismatched color. The dress is badly designed and has too much going on. The colors (minus the ribbon) would have been okay otherwise.
Body language is the first thing that hit me though. She's standing far, so she's at a diagonal when he pulls her in for a photo op. Not cozy.
