Jessica Biel helped keep her buff body in shape, taking one of her dogs for a hike around Runyon Canyon Park earlier today. She's never needed an excuse to stay fit, but Jessica has a special reason to look good — she'll be hosting the Academy's Scientific and Technical Awards on Saturday. Clips of the awards will air during the official Oscars ceremony on February 22, so Jessica will get to be part of all the fun.

1I'm sure all those nominated will be thrilled to receive their Academy Awards from a C-list actress who is primarily famous for being Justin Timberlake's girlfriend.
2Jessica has only (ONE ) dog named Tina I wonder if Justin will show when she host the Academy Scientific Techinical awards or if she'll be at the Grammys this Sunday ?

at least she got a job. haven't seen her in a movie since 7th heaven. is she still an actress? thank god for justin.

7I'm not a fan of Jessica, in fact I'm neutral, but there's been several articles from Sugar network where she worked on a movie with Jake Gyllenhaal and another one that she filmed in England with Colin Firth.

I think she has an amazing body. She obviously works hard for it.
