Dakota Fanning kept up her streak of looking like quite a little lady at the premiere of Coraline in Portland on Thursday night. She posed with her costar Teri Hatcher before taking her seat to enjoy the 3D movie. Buzz quite liked the visual spectacle, which will be all the more interesting to watch come to life in 3D. Dakota has another movie, Push, coming out this weekend that shows two very different sides of Dakota as she grows into herself as an actress.

Such a sweet girl. She's a lot like my daughter, which is quite an accomplishment in this world.
that dress is really pretty on her and i think that the color suits her well too. i hope that we get to see her career evolve...although we do know that she's planning to go to college..so hopefully she'll make it work.
I really hope she keeps her head screwed on straight as she gets older and doesn't become another Lindsay Lohan, Kirsten Dunst or Mischa Barton... She is so talented!
Yay, I'm so glad my town is finally front and center! Yay for Portland! Haven't seen the movie yet, but I'm looking forward to it =)
Such a cutie and she seems to have a good head on her shoulders.
She's a very pretty girl. However, I'm going to go out on a limb to say she's dressed inappropriately for a 14-year old (an eighth grader). While she looks good in these outfits, I think she's drawing inappropriate attention to herself (attention she may not know how to handle). Yes, she's blossoming on the outside, but on the inside, she's 14 years old. There will be plenty of time to wear mini dresses and high heels when she matures later (when she's matures on the inside). I may be over-thinking this, but it's my honest opinion.
She's so talented! Keep your head screwd on Dakota!
It's refreshing to see a 14 year old that actually looks like she's 14, without tons of makeup caked on her face , but I have to agree with glowing moon to a certain extent. I think this dress is too short for a girl her age
I agree that she does dress a bit maturely for her age. But I think she acts like a normal 14 year old girl and conducts herself appropriately so I still have a lot of respect for her. Hopefully she'll just stay true to that!
Dakota Fanning is a sweetheart, and like many other posts, I also hope she keeps her head securely on her shoulders. She does not act like a "normal" 14 year old, so hopefully she will be immune to the insanity that is Hollywood.
WoW!...14??...I thought she was younger that ...i had to mind someone would mention how she was dress... but anyways, she looks very sweet here. She is really a great actress & I love watching her pics!
as much as i like her, there's been a bit of a dakota overload these past couple of days.
She is adorable, although again, I feel like the dress is too short for someone her age.
It's refreshing to see posts on her lately, I'm so thoroughly bored with Lindsay, Britney, Speidi etc.
She's not a little girl anymore. Excited for her joining New Moon.
Yayy for Portland!
i always though dakota would grow up ugly since she was sort of goofy looking as a child, but really she is actually pretty now
She looks so lovely
Finally a young actress who dresses her age! Dakota is my favorite she looks like a little Gwyneth Paltrow
i saw the movie last night, loved it. not sure it would be as amazing without the 3D aspect, though.
The two featured photos - so cute.
