everyone goes thorough it a bit from time to time, so i think that things will all pass and he'll be fine. i can't imagine that this would really make people think any different about him, given that he's been in the business for so long, and he's always done great work.

Photo op? He's always looked like this with his wife and daughter, just look up old posts. If anything this is just how it's always been: paps following him around and taking pictures.

No, naked_americ. He must love his wife and daughter...the situation is a photo op, because it is too much of a coincidence that he's seen hugging his wife and daughter right after he has issued an apology.

Okay, not a big fan of his, but I really think he's getting a bad rap over this. Everyone loses their head now and then, and his apology was very succinct. I can't even use the incident with his Mom as "well he's done it before" fodder, because the story they told about it doesn't add up.

I think he's a good guy with a temper, but I think he keeps that temper in check. That particular day, he didn't do the best job of it. Okay, he screwed the pooch on the temper control, but that doesn't mean he's a total a-hole

Sometimes I'm not surprised celebs go nuts, people seem to think they stop being human or something just because there are lots of pictures of them everywhere.

To me this looks just like any other pics the paparazzis have taken of them. I don't think people's opinion about him will change just because they see him with his daughter as they have seen him before.
And he doesn't strike me to be one of those celebs who would alert the paparazzis about they whereabouts to get publicity, but who knows.

Who the heck said he doesn't love his wife and kid? A photo op is a photo op. Like Hollywood doesn't manipulate the media for their benefit, specially after an embarrassing period.

It couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that because he was recently embroiled in a scandal the paparazzi are more likely to stake him out, just as they did last year after the reports of the verbal altercation with his mum and sis broke out.

It does kind of seem like a photo op...but I think he's still a good dad. Even McG (the director of Terminator) said that Christian is a good family man and loves his wife & daughter. I think he's just really intense when it comes to his work...
